This week is Kismet’s turn for a birthday celebration. He, like his brother, is six years old. He’s as friendly as a puppy, as playful as a kitten, and a constant companion. As with his brother, I hope for many more years with him.

I turned around from working at the kitchen counter to discover I had some company. Packet is a very stealthy fellow — I never heard him coming. Even his meows are quiet. In this he is very much the opposite of Kismet, who never seems to shut his pie hole.

Today my little buddy, fuzzy boy Kismet, turns five years old. He’s so much like a kitten (except for his size – he’s huge) that it’s hard to believe he’s such an age. More tuna will be forthcoming today. I don’t spoil the lads much, do I?
