Seven years ago today, I was be-catted. Mycah and Xaxu came to stay with me temporarily… but Mycah’s stay became permanent. She’s approaching 16 years old; I’m happy to have her, and hope she’ll be with me a while longer yet.

Mycah is 15 today. It’s impossible to forget Mycah’s birthday, coinciding, as it does, with America’s. Each shows signs of her age, but I love them both regardless.
