No, they aren’t talking about how-to lessons, but…

Sex lessons for five-year-olds ‘should be compulsory’

Compulsory? Compulsory?
Sorry, this is just plain wrong. Yes, there are things kids need to know, but… shouldn’t parents have a say in such matters? Not just a say, but the final word?
I swear, if I ever have kids [which would mainly entail finding the perfect woman, e.g., one who will go out with me], I’m putting them in private schools.

Maybe your perfect woman will be a homemaker and a homeschooler! They do exist. My wife enjoys it, and does not miss the weekly workplace grind even though she has a BS Poultry Science (from NCSU). Keep looking and before you know it you’ll actually get one agreeing to go out with you, although finding one with a poultry degree may be challenging.
That article exposes one of the reasons we are choosing home schooling. The NEA and liberal think tanks continue to wrap their tentacles around educational curricula, taking away the subjects that are best left to parents. They hide behind the excuse that some parents are slack when it comes to sex education, so they’ll give all of the kids their version of it.
Those voucher plans are starting to look better and better.
