For me, there’s a downside to “giving 100%” at physical therapy: it leaves 0% for me for the rest of the day. Ever gone to the gym and lifted weights until you thought you couldn’t move your arms? That’s me and my legs after PT. I’m sore as heck, and almost immobile.
