If I had a 13-year-old daughter who was drugged and raped, the penalty for the rapist would be death… even if the State won’t inflict that penalty.
I have two teenage nieces. I have thought about this.
He should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, regardless of what the mindless idiots in hollywood want.

Have any of the Hollyweird idoits read the testimony transcript? Absolutely shocking. OK, maybe the girl wasn’t perfect. Sure there are societies-cultures that reason a thirteen year old is ready for adulthood. But neither of these facts have anything to do with a loser like Polanski plying a young girl with alcohol and drugs, and forcing himself on her. If it were my 16 year-old he’d done this to, I’d happily do the time for what I would do to him.
