Is it too much to ask?

If we can put a man on the moon, why can’t they make a home thermostat that’s smart enough to know that if it’s above 74° I want the air conditioning on… AND if it’s below 70° I want the house heated?
Oh, wait… we can’t put a man on the moon anymore.
And yes, I have a very narrow comfort zone.
