WHEN you work shouldn't matter much - THAT you work does. For many reasons. The good Lord didn't put us into existence to sit around all day complaining, getting into trouble, or just being lazy. That's what He did for liberals. Work is good for people and I would go so far as to say necessary for people to live a meaningful existence. But look at you enjoying a side benefit of work - it makes the remaining time you have more valuable. Sure, kitty is cute, but you appreciate it more now in your free time.
We just got a puppy. Black Lab - just like when I was a kid. "Mooch" is her name and I think she'd love to meet Mycah the cat. Maybe they should just e-mail for awhile - of course, they both work strange hours too, so it might be tough...
