Where's my DD-214?
Well, well, well.
I figure I'm eligible for the new Korean Defense Service Medal.
I guess 2.5 years on the DMZ does count for something.

Congrats wear (store) it well. You earned it.

Thanks, Jim.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to get my hands on one. I imagine the demand will be high, and there are many more-deserving people who should be ahead of me in line.

Yes, my friend. It counted for us. Claim your medal and accept our thanks.

Thanks for the tip. It should be interesting applying for one.
I know many others who served there and I'll let them know too.
